Front Desk Staff

Want to get paid to hang here? We’re hiring! 

We’re on the hunt for the perfect addition to our talented and humble, hard-working and fun, appropriately irreverent and thoughtful team. Specifically, we could use another set of hands at the front desk.

An ideal team member will come with the following qualities: 

  • Available to work 2-3 shifts (10-15 hours per week), mostly evenings.

  • Willingness to scrub climbing holds, windowsills, floors and/or toilets.

  • Great customer service skills.

  • Ability to problem-solve, self-motivate and self-manage.

Bonus points for: 

  • Interest in working some youth climbing programs.

  • Experience with and passion for working with, supervising and entertaining kids. 

  • Fluency in Spanish.

  • CPR and/or First Aid Certifications.

  • Experience working with Rock Gym Pro. 

  • A Climbing Wall Instructor or Single Pitch Instructor certification.

The right culture fit will get priority over climbing gym specific experience. 

Our base pay starts at $15 an hour, and we always look within our existing team first when additional opportunities arise.
