The Bad News: We’ve hit pause on Brimstone Barre until we get to move into our new bigger, quieter and better climate controlled space in the basement.
The Good News: We have to hit pause on barre and yoga because the time has come to assemble our brand new Kilter Board in the sweet little room that's served as our barre and yoga studio for the past five years.
The Other Good News: The Basement is Really Close. It’s not going to happen before the week of March 17th. We have our fingers crossed that we’ll get to welcome y’all down shortly thereafter. You can expect a more concrete opening date from us very soon.
In the meantime, please take a moment to fill out this survey to help us make our barre and yoga program even better. This program is for you all: tell us what you want from it!
What is Barre?
Think an hour of calisthenics designed to systematically take each of your muscle groups to the point of fatigue and/or failure with an emphasis on core and stabilizer muscles. Sort of like pilates to [non-traditional] music.
Attendees will, ideally, leave class worked and empowered, and, over time, develop increased support and stability in their joints, greater mobility and just a little more joy.
All of our instructors are licensed by Barre Eclipse. Pay a visit to the Barre Eclipse website to learn more about the method!
These classes are free with price of entry.
