Yoga: a Sanskrit word that means ‘union’ or ‘to yoke’, is a movement practice that leads to alignment of body, mind, and heart.

The practice provides insight into how you habitually use your physical body; guidance to help undo misaligned conditioning and recover from injury; breath and mindfulness practices to help reduce stress; and guidance to live in harmony with yourself and the network of all living things. The physical shapes, called asana (pose), are the actions we use in the practice to discover confidence, balance, presence, strength, and surrender.
